        请问所有的朋友你是否100%的精力全部投入到工作中了嘛?没有!为什么会没有,既然拿了工资为什么没有100%的精力而工作呢?
        各位企业的领导,您公司今年业绩和KPI是否达标,如果没有达标是否正在寻求解决的方法?我告诉你寻求解决方法是一点,另外一点就是你企业的每个员工是否摆正了心态去工作。我们抛开其他因素,现在只谈人的因素。我如下列了几点,请问企业和员工是否已经做到了?
        1,工作是给谁做的?
        2,是否总给自己找借口?
        3,是否勇于承担责任?
        4,公司的每个人都真的热爱自己这份工作吗?
     
        真的希望每个企业都能解决如上的问题,可惜。。。。。。
     
        其实工作真的是为了自己而做,不是为了公司。虽然你给公司创造了价值,这份价值是可以换来回报的。但是要记得人生每一步都是在学习,因为不管你在哪从事什么工作,都是为了自己的将来自己的生活而奋斗,公司我们可以随便换,但是自己想要追求的却是人生的一个目标。
     
        现在的我基本不给自己找借口了,因为我知道借口虽然暂时让自己逃避责任,但是却是对自己的一种惩罚,因为借口让你学会了偷懒、学会了伤害。本人由于3个月业绩没有达到要求,工资下调25%,因为我知道自己的确有能力完成公司制定的任务,但是由于自己给了自己没有完成的借口,面对自己应该负起的责任,我坦然接受。
     
        既然选择了这份工作就要热爱它,因为你拿了这份工资就要对这份工作负责。公司不是要你拿着每天的固定工资来混日子的,学会自我转型,在不同工作岗位和工作性质上去适应它。
